To the new immigrants and Kollel* students settling in Nachalat Har Chabad*, may Hashem grant you long days and good years,
May you have joyous Purim* days[2], a holy ascent in the Holy Land*, in our holy Torah* and its Mitzvot* by which Hashem sanctified us.
May you have a good settlement[3] in every respect, in abundance. L'Chaim* — to life and to blessing,
