I reproduce here the text of the telegram that the Rabbi Shlita* sent you yesterday, in the Holy Land*[2]:

"The proposal[3] of Kiryat Malachi* is sound, on the basis of the conditions you have transmitted. Likewise, it is good that some of the students of the Kollel* of Kfar Chabad* settle there. With my blessing for success and for a positive conclusion in this matter."
