To Rav Slonim,
Chabad* quarter of Jerusalem*,

To all the participants in the great Chassidic* gathering of the Tzemach Tzedek* synagogue[1] and of the Chabad* quarter of the "city where all unite together"[2] — may Hashem grant you long days and good years,

May Hashem cause[3] to be fully fulfilled in each and every one: "He has redeemed my soul in peace..."[4]. You will succeed in fashioning the receptacles for this, as our Sages explain regarding this verse[5]. For this, one must dedicate oneself to the revealed part of the Torah* and to Chassidut*, to good deeds and to prayer. And may the liberation be hastened — the true and complete redemption — through our righteous Mashiach*.
