To Mr. Chnéor Zalman Mischari[1],

I greet and bless you,

I have received your letter of the 20th of Cheshvan* and I will mention those you cite near the tomb[2], in accordance with the content of your letter.

We have entered the month of Kislev* and, moreover, we have already received good news regarding the inauguration of a youth center[3] bearing the name of our friend, Mr. Shazar, may he live long, at Kfar Chabad*. There is an injunction to advance and add in all matters of holiness[4]. I hope that this 19 Kislev*, we will celebrate the twentieth anniversary of the founding of Kfar Chabad* with increased festivity and motivation, both qualitatively and quantitatively.

Since you yourself share good news with me regarding all that concerns Kfar Chabad* and its institutions, you will not fail, here again, to bring me good news in this matter. With my regards, my blessing for good health, and to bring me these good tidings,

הנני לאשר קבלת מכתבו מיום כ' חשון, ואזכיר את שכותבן על הציון מתאים לתוכן מכתבו.

כיון שנכנסנו לחודש כסלו, ובפרט אחרי קבלי בשורות טובות על דבר חנוכת בית מרכז לנוער ע"ש ידידנו מר שזר שליט"א בכפר חב"ד, ועל פי הציווי שבעניני קדושה צריך להיות מוסיף והולך, תקותי שבי"ט כסלו הבע"ל יצויין יום מלאות עשרים שנה ליסוד כפר חב"ד בתוספות חגיגיות והתעוררות באיכות ובכמות.

והיות ומר מהנה אותי תמיד בבשורות טובות בכל השייך לכפר חב"ד ומוסדותיו וכולי, בודאי גם הפעם לא ימנע הטוב ויבשרני טוב בזה.
