To the great Rav, distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem and devotes himself to communal needs, Rav Shear Yashuv Cohen[1],

I greet you and bless you,

I have duly received the telegram on behalf of your father[2], the great Rav and Chassid Shlita*. I have mentioned his name at the grave[3]. No doubt you will not fail to give me good news about him.

I take this opportunity to express my hope that, if writings and works of your father, Shlita, are published, you will ask your colleagues to send them to the library that is near me. This is also connected to the content of your telegram[4], for this library is available to the many[5]. There is therefore in this the merit of the public. I thank you in advance. With my consideration, my respect, and my blessing to give me good news,
