To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem and dedicates himself
to communal needs, Rav Yitzchak*,[1]

I greet you and bless you,

You have written to me on numerous occasions about the activities of the young people of the Chabad* association in our Holy Land, may it be restored and rebuilt. I directed my conversation with Rav I. L.[2] toward the program of activities set for the month of Tishrei*, which, of course, interested me in any event. He then shared with me what he had discussed with you, particularly regarding the campaign on the symbol of the Hakhel*, which you had discussed just before he came here.

I have good hope that, following the letters you have sent here, you will include the activities of this campaign among all the others to be carried out during the month of Tishrei — certainly in an organized manner, but simultaneously with all the vigor befitting the year of Hakhel*. Please inform me of all this. Of course, the more details you give me the better. I send you this letter by express mail because I am concerned and also somewhat surprised not to have yet received news regarding these Tishrei campaigns. Indeed, many of them have surely already taken place in the past.[3] Nor do I have news of the preparation of this campaign.[4] With my blessing to give me good tidings and for a joyous holiday,[5]

בהמשך לכתבו (וכ"פ) בנוגע לעבודתו בצעירי אגודת חב"ד באה"ק ת"ו, הסיבותי השיחה עם הוו"ח אי"א עוסק בצ"צ הרי"ל שי' (אשר גם בלא"ה מובן שהתענינתי בזה, והוא) בהנוגע לתכנית הפעולות בחדש תשרי, ובתוך הדברים מסר לי שיחתו עמו ובמיוחד בנוגע להמבצע דהסיסמה דהקהל, שיחה שהיתה בסמיכות לנסיעת הנ"ל לכאן.

תקותי חזקה שבהמשך למכתביו הנ"ל לכאן, תהיינה פעולותיו במבצע האמור (בתוככי שאר פעולות דחדש תשרי) בסדר מסודר, וביחד עם זה במעוף המתאים לשנת הקהל. ובודאי יודיע אודות כל זה, ומובן שבכל כיו"ב - כל המפרט ה"ז משובח.

שולח הנני מכתבי זה מהיר דחוף כיון שמדאיג קצת וגם תמי' שלע"ע לא נתקבלו כל ידיעות אודות מבצעי חדש תשרי (שהרי כמה מהם בודאי שנעשו בעבר) וכן אודות הכנה למבצע הנ"ל.
