By the grace of Hashem*,

28th of Elul* 5726,
Brooklyn,

To the attention of the Chabad* women and girls who are participating in the Chassidic* gathering of 18 Elul*, in the holy city of Jerusalem, may it be restored and rebuilt, may Hashem* grant you long life,

I bless you and greet you,

I have duly received your request for a blessing. At an auspicious moment, it will be read at the holy tomb of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, whose merit will protect us. May Hashem* grant that your activities multiply henceforth, that you spread Judaism in every place where your influence is felt, and that this dissemination be illuminated by the light and vitality of Chassidut*. Our Sages have given us the assurance[1] that "one is aided in his desire to purify himself," and the Admor Hazaken* specifies[2] that this includes as well the act of purifying others.

On the occasion of the new year, which comes for us and for all Israel, for the good and for the blessing, I hereby address my blessing to you yourselves and to the members of your families, that you may be inscribed and sealed for a good and sweet year, both materially and spiritually. ובעת רצון יקרא על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע.

ויהי רצון אשר לימים יבואו תוסיפנה בפעולות בקדש, הפצת היהדות בכל מקום שידן מגעת, הפצה מוארה באור וחיות חסידותי.

והבטיחונו חכמנו ז"ל, הבא לטהר - וידוע דיוק רבנו הזקן, לטהר גם אחרים - מסייעין אותו.

ולקראת השנה החדשה, הבאה עלינו ועל כל ישראל לטובה ולברכה, הנני בזה להביע ברכתי להן ולב"ב שי', ברכת כתיבה וחתימה טובה לשנה טובה ומתוקה בגשמיות וברוחניות.
