By the grace of Hashem*,

I bless you and greet you,

I am writing in response to your letter of 15/8 and the enclosures. At an auspicious moment, your name will be mentioned at the holy tomb of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, whose merit will protect us, regarding all the points you mention. You know the teaching of our Sages that strengthening and adding to holiness, to Judaism, and to its Mitzvot* increases Hashem's* blessing. Now, in all that pertains to goodness and holiness, a situation, however good it may be, can always be improved, as long as one is attached to the Holy One, blessed be He, Who is infinite.

It would be good to have the Mezuzot* of your home checked to ensure their validity according to Halacha*. Likewise, you surely observe the positive practice of virtuous Jewish women, which consists of setting aside Tzedakah* before lighting the candles on the eve of Shabbat* and the holidays. With my blessing to be inscribed and sealed for a good year,

במענה למכתבה מיום 8/15 עם המצורף אליו.

בעת רצון יזכירוה על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע בכל [ה]ענינים אודותם כותבת.

וידועה הוראת חכמנו ז"ל, אשר התחזקות והוספה בקדושה יהדות ומצותי', מוסיפה בברכת השם, והרי בעניני טוב וקדושה ככל שיהי' המצב טוב, תמיד יש מקום להוסיף, כיון שקשורים בהקב"ה שהוא אין סופי.

ומהנכון אשר יבדקו את המזוזות בדירתם שתהיינה כולן כשרות כדין,

וכן בטח שומרת על מנהגן הטוב של בנות ישראל הכשרות, להפריש לצדקה קודם הדלקת הנרות בכל ערב שבת וערב יום טוב.
