I hope that you have established a fixed daily study of the revealed part of the Torah* and of Chassidut*, which will be increased during the Shabbat* that is holy to Hashem. If at all times and in all places such a commitment has been necessary, how much more so when one is in need of a specific blessing. And nothing withstands the will.

התקוה שיש לו קביעות עתים בלימוד תורת הנגלה ותורת החסידות בכל יום ובהוספה ביום השבת אשר קדש הוא לה'. שאם בכל זמן ובכל מקום צריכה להיות קביעות עתים האמורה, עאכו"כ כשזקוקים לברכה מיוחדה, ואין לך דבר העומד בפני הרצון.
