I learned with great pleasure from your letter of your actions aimed at spreading Judaism in general, and in particular at having those who work in your surroundings put on Tefillin*. Indeed, our Sages emphasize[1] that "the entire Torah was compared to Tefillin*."
May Hashem therefore bring it about that the promise[2] according to which "one Mitzvah* draws another" be fulfilled through your action and the influence you exert on these people, and that the Mitzvot* of our Torah*, Torah of life, be put into practice in their daily conduct. The merit of what concerns the greater number will come to your aid. I hope that you also have a fixed time for the study of Chassidut*, in addition to the study of the revealed part of the Torah*.

...נעם לי במאד לקרות במכתבו ע"ד פעולותיו בהפצת היהדות בכלל ובהנחת תפילין עם העובדים בסביבתו במיוחד, והרי אמרו חז"ל הוקשה כל התורה לתפילין.
ויהי רצון שתקוים בפעולתו והשפעתו על הנ"ל ההבטחה מצוה גוררת מצוה, שיקיימו מצות תורתנו תורת חיים בהנהגתם [ה]יום יומית, וזכות הרבים מסייעתו.
התקוה שיש לו קביעות גם בלימוד תורת החסידות נוסף על הקביעות בלימוד נגלה דתורה.
