I greet and bless you,

I reproduce here the text of the telegram that the Rabbi Shlita* was kind enough to address to you on this day[3]:

"On the day of the Hilula* of the Rabbi, my master and father-in-law, I express my hope that you are doing and will continue to do in the future all that is in your power to strengthen the 'recreation hour'[4] of the children of Israel[5] in your city. Indeed, the one whose Hilula we celebrate invested particular effort in this domain and asked each person to do the same. And the words of the righteous are immutable. Great is the merit of whoever mobilizes in this matter, particularly a Rav* within his community. With my respects and blessing for great success in all of this,
