I bless and greet you,

I am writing in response to your letter of 5 Kislev*, in which you inform me of your birthday*[1]. No doubt you are adding to what concerns Torah* and Mitzvot*, as our holy Torah*, Torah of life, commands — according to which one must know elevation in the realm of holiness[2]. Beyond the essential point — the fulfillment of the Divine Commandment — this is also the channel and the vessel for receiving Hashem's blessings in all one's needs.

May Hashem grant that the coming year bring you success, both material and spiritual, and may you give me good tidings of all this. With my blessing,
