Rosh Chodesh* of the month of the redemption (note 1: Of the Rebbe Rayatz*, the 12th and 13th of Tammuz*.),

To the participants of Gan Yisrael* (note 2: The summer camp.),
may Hashem grant you long life,
I greet you and bless you,
May the opening of Gan Yisrael* (note 3: See Likkutei Sichos*, volume 18, page 495.) and the entire duration of the stay that you will have there, particularly this year, the hundredth since the passing Hilula* of the Tzemach Tzedek*, be fruitful in every respect, as well as the days that follow, for each and every one of you. What Hashem will cause to grow there (note 4: Gan Yisrael means the garden of Yisrael.) shall be for the honor and for the glory of those who "study justice," that is to say the Torah*, and "perform justice," the Mitzvos*.
Very soon, we will witness, among all of Yisrael*, the fulfillment of the promise according to which: "Behold, days are coming, says Hashem, in which I will fulfill the good word that I have spoken. I will cause the sprout of Dovid* to blossom, Tzedakah*, and he will judge with justice," which refers to our righteous Moshiach*. And, may we have, very soon, good news of all this,

להסתלקות הילולא של אדמו"ר הצ"צ בהצלחה בכל, וגם לימים הבאים לכל אחד ואחת מכם.
יהא צמח ה' לצבי ולכבוד לומדי צדק (תורה) ופועלי צדק (מצות).
ובקרוב ממש נזכה בתוך כ"י לקיום היעוד, הנה ימים באים נאום ה' והקימותי את הדבר הטוב אשר דיברתי אצמיח לדוד צמח צדקה ושפט בצדק הוא משיח צדקנו.
