To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem, devotes himself to

communal needs, of multiple accomplishments, Rav Moshe* (note 1: Rav M. Bimbad, of Netanya.),

I greet you and bless you,

I received your second letter with pleasure and joy. Despite my many occupations and the long waiting list of correspondence, I addressed a letter, in accordance with your request, to those who frequent the synagogue, as well as to those who support it.

Of course, everything that is said in that letter applies even more clearly to you yourself and to the members of your family. The explanation of the Admur HaZakein* is known (note 2: See notably, on this subject, letter no. 6416.), which we have many times heard from my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, regarding the Mishnah* (note 3: From the beginning of Tractate* Bava Metzia*.): "Two people grasp a garment," according to which one who leads another person to fulfill a Mitzvah* also receives a share of it. Thus, in addition to the essential aspect, your action and the success you have achieved in this domain, you also receive a portion of the accomplishments and efforts of those who assisted you, in this most important undertaking, the opening of a Chabad* synagogue and house of study in Netanya (note 4: See, on this subject, letter no. 8963.).

May Hashem grant you His help, in the future, to put into practice all that pertains to Chabad*, in Netanya and in every place you can reach, for long days and good years, with joy and enthusiasm.
