The date and place of this marriage (note 1: See Likkutei Sichos*, vol. 32, p. 242.) will be decided by both parties. Of course, it is preferable that it be celebrated at Kfar Chabad*, there where Hashem has commanded the blessing.
Regarding the ritual immersion, concerning the ear (note 2: How to immerse in a Mikveh* when one suffers from an ear infection?), one can indeed place damp cotton there. In various cases, the doctors permit this from the outset.
