By the grace of Hashem,

I bless you and greet you,

I respond to your letter regarding the dispute between your husband, distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem and is filled with eagerness, and the second school director. I have already written to your husband (note 1: This is the preceding letter.), on this topic, and it is surprising that he accords to all this proportions that in no way correspond to reality. But this is not essential and here is what matters, above all. Your husband has known, until now, supernatural success in education based on sacred values. But Hashem gives the directive (note 2: According to Tractate* Berachos* 28a.) to know elevation in the domain of holiness and He instills the necessary strength to achieve it. Your husband will therefore continue to know success in the future, an even greater success, in this sacred mission, on the condition that he not be disturbed, that he not have to concern himself with anything other than education — not even with this dispute. It is in this manner that he will know success in the future. For your part, you will surely do everything in your power so that he maintains his activity, in joy and enthusiasm.

May Hashem grant success to each of you and to you both together, in all your needs, the central point of which is true satisfaction, Jewish satisfaction, Chassidic* satisfaction from all your children. With my blessing to give me good tidings of all this,

במענה למכתבה אודות הסכסוך בין בעלה הוו"ח אי"א נו"נ בעל מרץ שי' עם מנהל השני.

כבר כתבתי במכתבי לבעלה שי' [שפלא גדול ביותר על שמגדיל הענין לממדים שאינם הולמים כלל, אלא שאין זה עיקר והעיקר הוא] שהצליח בעלה שי' למעלה מדרך הטבע בחינוך על טהרת הקדש... וע"פ הציווי ונתינת כח מה' להעלות בקדש - צפוי' לו הצלחה גם בעתיד ועוד יותר בעבודת הקדש האמורה, ובלבד שלא יבלבלוהו ולא יסיחו דעתו מפעולותיו בחינוך וכו' אפילו לסכסוך כהאמור... וכנ"ל יצליח בעבודתו האמורה גם להבא, ובודאי מצדה תעשה כל התלוי בה שימשיך בהנ"ל מתוך שמחה וטוב לבב.

והשי"ת יצליח את כאו"א מהם ושניהם יחד בכל המצטרך להם, ובנקודה העיקרית נחת אמיתי נחת יהודי חסידותי מכל יו"ח שי'.
