You informed me of the condition of your wife and here is my response. May Hashem grant that her pregnancy go well and be easy, that she have, in its time, a healthy child, easily and in the proper manner. With my blessing,

To respond to your question, it is quite obvious that an organization affiliated with a political party, whichever it may be, can in no way conduct activity within a school of the network (note 3: The network of Ohalei Yosef Yitzchak Lubavitch schools in the Holy Land.). And, it is very (note 4: The Rebbe* underlines the words: "very," "clearly," "numerous," "not at all," and "from the outset.") surprising that a party would formulate such a request, when the position of Chabad*, in this matter, since its creation, is very clear (note 5: See, regarding this, letter no. 8681.), especially in our Holy Land, may it be restored and rebuilt. Incidentally, this does not serve the interests of this party either, for the authorization of a single party within a school will lead to the same for other parties, in the various schools of the network (note 3), this is quite obvious. Now, the leaders of the party that you cite have clearly (note 4) declared, on numerous (note 4) occasions, that they would not at all (note 4) introduce their own interests into these schools. And, I am even more surprised that you did not from the outset (note 4) reject their proposal. You tell me that you have been subjected to threats. Now, ever since the children of Yisrael* became a people, ever since "Avraham* was unique," there have always been people to exert threats and pressure. And, "the deeds of the fathers are indications for the children" (note 6: See Sefer HaSichos* 5752, vol. 1, p. 79, in note 82.).

במענה לשאלתו - פשוט שאין מקום כלל לפעילות של ארגון מפלגתי איזו שיהי' בבי"ס הרשת. ולפלא גדול על מפליגה איזו שתהי' שתפנה בבקשה כזו, אף שמפורסמת עמדת חב"ד בזה מעת הווסדה, וביחוד באה"ק ת"ו [נוסף, על הטפל, שאין זה לטובת המפליגה ג"כ, כיון שהיתר זה בבי"ס אחד ולמפליגה אחת - מתירה את האמור בכל בתה"ס דהרשת ולכו"כ מפליגות, וק"ל]. ובפירוש אמרו מנהיגי המפליגה שמזכירה - וכו"כ פעמים - שלא יערבו כלל וכלל עניני מפליגה בבי"ס האמורים. ולפלא גדול עוד יותר מה שתומ"י לא שללו בקשה זו. ומה שכותב שמאיימים וכו' - הרי מעת היות בנ"י לגוי ומעת שאחד הי' אברהם - תמיד נמצאו מאיימים ולוחצים עליהם וכו' ומעשה אבות סימן לבנים.
