By the grace of Hashem,

To the leaders of the synagogue HaRishon* (note 1: "The first."), Kfar Chabad*,

may Hashem grant you a long life,

I greet you and bless you,

I have duly received your letter of 27 Tishrei*, in which you speak to me about the synagogues of Kfar Chabad*, founded and directed by my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, leader of Yisrael*, about their development and their expansion. It is clear that, in this matter, you must all consult one another — all the leaders of these synagogues — with the spiritual committee whose direction is entrusted to the great Rav* and Chassid*, of good conduct, the master of the place (note 2: The Rav of the city, Rav Shneur Zalman Garelik.), to whom Hashem will grant long days and good years.

It is therefore in this manner that you will consult one another on all that has been said and on all that is related to it. The great merit of what concerns the public will enable you to make decisions in accordance with the true objective, which is the fulfillment of the will of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, founder of the Kfar*, who directs it. With my blessing of success in all that concerns the synagogue, among all that pertains to Kfar Chabad*,

ומובן שבכגון זה צ"ל התייעצות כולם יחד - הנהלות בתי הכנסיות - וועד הרוחני בראשיתו של הרה"ג הרה"ח בעל מדות וכו' שליט"א מרא דאתרא,

בה ידונו ע"ד האמור והקשור בזה.

וגדול זכות הרבים אשר יכוונו בהחלטותיהם לתכלית האמיתית, כיוון לרצון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר מייסד הכפר ומנהלו.
