By the grace of Hashem,

To the members of the women's association of Brownsville

and East New York, may Hashem grant you long life,

I bless you and greet you,

I learned, with pleasure, that your luncheon and your "peaceful gathering" will take place on the propitious day of 12 Tammuz*, the date of the liberation of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*. Your action is linked to the objectives and the accomplishments for which the one whose deliverance we celebrate gave of his very self, as you all know, without doubt, since you know the history of his arrest and his liberation.

The days of the liberation, 12 and 13 Tammuz*, teach us that, if one acts in a true manner for the Torah* and Judaism, for schools based on sacred values, Hashem grants His help not only to overcome the harshest obstacles, but also to know success in a supernatural manner. I wish to hope that all the participants at this celebration are motivated and inspired by the teachings of these days of the liberation. And, your "peaceful gathering" will be a judicious preparation for the "introductory gathering" of the new season, which approaches, with renewed forces, even more enthusiasm and vitality than before.

May Hashem grant you success in your action, in all domains, the accomplishments and their content, in a ceaselessly increasing manner. And, may this bring, to yourselves and to the members of your family, the blessings of Hashem in all your needs, materially and spiritually. With my blessing of success and to give me good news,
