By the grace of Hashem,

8 Tammuz* 5724,

Brooklyn, New York,

To all the participants at the Chassidic gathering of the days of

the liberation, 12 and 13 Tammuz*, at Kfar Chabad*, founded by

my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, whose joy we celebrate, in

our Holy Land, may it be restored and rebuilt by

our righteous Moshiach*, very soon and in our days,

may Hashem grant you long life,

I greet you and bless you,

The coming days are propitious (note 1: See the Likkutei Sichos*, volume 18, at page 473) for us and for all of Yisrael*, for various reasons for rejoicing are united in them. They celebrate the liberation of my father-in-law, the Rebbe* which is also our deliverance and the freedom of our souls. It is also the fifteenth anniversary of the founding of Kfar Chabad*, may Hashem grant that it broaden and develop, in every sense of the term. The central and profound idea that underlies it is its vocation to be a center from which the wellsprings will be disseminated, those of Chassidus*, throughout our Holy Land, may it be restored and rebuilt. It is also the celebration of the laying of the cornerstone of the new synagogue, as well as of the youth center, intended for our brethren, the children of Yisrael*, may Hashem grant them long life.

It is known that joy breaks through the established order (note 2: See the Chassidic discourse entitled: "Rejoice, you shall rejoice," of the Rebbe* Rashab*, of 5657, in the Sefer HaMaamarim* 5657, at page 223). May Hashem grant that the addition of all these joyous causes break the barriers and the limits obstructing the propagation of good and of holiness. Now, "there is no good other than the Torah*" (note 3: According to tractate Avos*, chapter 6, at Mishnah* 3) and its Mitzvos*, our Torah*, Torah* of life and the Mitzvos* of which it is said (note 4: Vayikra* 18, 5): "One shall live by them," until, in daily existence, the unity of Yisrael*, of the Torah* and of the Holy One blessed be He becomes evident, in material and spiritual abundance.

From this liberation, we will proceed toward the deliverance of all our brethren, the children of Yisrael*, the true and complete deliverance through our righteous Moshiach* and the fulfillment of the promise according to which: "You shall spread forth to the west and to the east, to the north and to the south." ימי גאולת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, אשר היא גם גאולתנו ופדות נפשנו,

חמש עשרה שנה ליסוד כפר חב"ד - יהי רצון אשר יתפשט ויתרחב בכל המובנים, ובנקודה התיכונה והפנימית - להיות מרכז ממנו יפוצו המעיינות, מעיינות תורת החסידות בכל ארצנו הק' ת"ו,

הנחת אבן פינה לבית הכנסת החדש וגם מרכז לנוער אחב"י ה' עליהם יחיו -

יתן השם יתברך אשר, עפ"י הידוע ששמחה פורצת גדר, תצטרפנה כל שמחות אלו לפרוץ הגדרים וההגבלות המונעים התפשטות הטוב והקדושה - ואין טוב אלא תורה ומצוותי', תורתנו תורת חיים ומצוותי' עליהן נאמר וחי בהם - עד אשר גם בחיי היום-יום תתראה האחדות של ישראל אורייתא וקוב"ה, מתוך הרחבה בגשם וברוח,

ומגאולה האמורה - לגאולת כל אחינו בני ישראל בגאולה האמתית והשלמה על ידי משיח צדקנו ולקיום היעוד ופרצת ימה וקדמה וצפונה ונגבה.
