To the Rav*, distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem and devotes himself

to communal needs, the Rav* Efraim (note 1: The Rav E. Wolf, head of the Chabad* institutions in the Holy Land. See, regarding him, letter no. 6943),

I greet you and bless you,

I communicate to you, by the present, the instruction that the Rebbe* Shlita* was pleased to give to one of the young men, concerning his trip here. This instruction applies, in the same way, to all the Chassidim* and to the students who wish to come, from time to time, to the Rebbe* Shlita*. Here is its content:

"It is quite evident (note 2: The Rebbe* underlines the words: "evident," "all," "fully" and "have") that there is no reason to come here once more as long as one has not repaid all (note 2) one's debts and fully (note 2) assured the means of subsistence of the members of one's family for the entire duration of the trip. In addition, one must have (note 2) the amount corresponding to the travel expenses, round trip, as well as to the costs of the stay."

שלום וברכה!

בזה הננו להודיעו את ההוראה שהואיל כ"ק אדמו"ר שליט"א לתת לא' האברכים שי' בענין נסיעה לכאן, ואשר ההוראה הזאת שייכת גם לכל אנ"ש והתלמידים שיחיו אשר חשקם לנסוע מזמן לזמן לכ"ק אדמו"ר שליט"א.

וזוהי ההוראה:

... ופשוט, שאין כל מקום לנסיעה לכאן עוה"פ - עד שישלם כל החובות שיש להם בכלל, שתהא פרנסת ב"ב שיחיו מובטחת במילואה משך כל נסיעתו, שיהי' בידו מזומן כל ההוצאות רצו"ש ודשהותו כאן.

בטח יפרסם זה באופן המתאים, ות"ח מראש.
