By the grace of Hashem,

I greet you and bless you,
Based on (note 1: See the Likkutei Sichos*, volume 22, at page 417) what we heard from my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, leader of Yisrael* (note 2: See, on this subject, letters no. 4365, 4934 and 7742), it is quite evident that the sons and daughters of the Chassidim* must be educated in the Chabad* schools, at all (note 3: The Rebbe* underlines the word: "all") ages. Of course, I have had knowledge of the fact that a few Chassidim* practice otherwise. Moreover, they give their attitude an appearance of fear of Hashem. I am sorry for them and even more so for their children, for the latter — in what have they sinned? May Hashem arouse His spirit upon those who are weakened.

מובן ששמעתי ע"ד כו"כ מאנ"ש שי' שנוהגים אחרת ולא עוד אלא ש"מלבישים" את זה באיצטלא של יר"ש - ומצטער אני עליהם ועוד יותר על יו"ח שי' - שהרי אלה הצאן מה חטאו. ויה"ר שגם על אלה הנחשלים יערה רוח ממרום וכו'.
