I greet you and bless you,

I have duly received your book: "a cat in the ghetto," in addition to the preceding ones, in Yiddish, "to sanctify the Name of Hashem" and the others, for which I have acknowledged receipt as they arrived (note 2: See the Likkutei Sichos*, volume 18, at page 480). May Hashem grant you success, in conformity with the expression: "Gladden us in proportion to the days of our suffering." Henceforth, what you write will be in conformity with what is said before this: "we will rejoice and we will be happy in all our days," for everything will be resolved, down to the smallest detail. And, you will use the capacities that have been granted to you for the good of all, in good health and in abundance.

According to the explanation (note 3: See the Tanya*, at the end of chapter 25) of the Admur HaZaken*, author of the Tanya* and of the Shulchan Aruch*, may the ghetto be the fulfillment of the injunction according to which: "This people shall dwell alone" and may the sanctification of the Name of Hashem be expressed in the daily conduct of every Jew, within all of Yisrael*, so that: "all the nations of the world will see that you bear the Name of Hashem and they will fear you."
