By the grace of Hashem, eve of the

holy Shabbos* 29 Adar* 5724,

To the women of Chabad* of Kfar Chabad*, founded and directed

by my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, leader of Yisrael*,

may Hashem grant you long life,

I bless you and greet you,

I received your greetings with pleasure, through the intermediary of the Rav*, distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem, the Rav Simcha Gorodetski. He also transmitted to me the wax candle destined to be lit on the day of the Hilula* of the Rebbe Rashab*, father of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, whose merit will protect us. May Hashem illuminate your Mazal*, the Mazal* of each one of you, that of the members of your family and of all at once, through "the candle (which) is a Mitzvah* and the Torah* (which) is a light," through a life based on the Torah* and its Mitzvos*, a life of light, in the most literal sense, in good physical health, in joy and enthusiasm.

The deepest point — you will derive much true satisfaction, Jewish, traditional and Chassidic* satisfaction from all your children. We are on the eve of Rosh Chodesh* Nissan*, month of the deliverance, of the liberation of each man and each woman, within all of Yisrael*. With my blessing for a good Shabbos*, for a good month, for a kosher and joyous festival of Pesach*,

כן מסר הנר שעוה להדלקה ביום ההילולא של כ"ק אדמו"ר (מוהרש"ב) אביו של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר - זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע.

ויהי רצון אשר יאיר ה' מזלן, מזל כל אחת ואחת מהן ושל כל אחד ואחת מבני ביתן שי' וכולן יחד, בנר מצוה ותורה אור, חיים ע"פ התורה ומצותי', וגם חיים של אור כפשוטן, בריאות הגוף שמחה וטוב לבב.

ובנקודה הפנימית, לקבל רוב נחת אמיתי, הוא נחת יהודי מסורתי חסידותי מכל ילידיהם שיחיו.

והרי עומדים אנו ערב ראש חדש ניסן הוא חדש הגאולה, גאולת כל אחד ואחת בתוככי כלל ישראל.
