Have (note 1: This is the telegram addressed by the Rebbe* on the occasion of the Hilula* of the 10th of Shevat*) fruitful Chassidic* gatherings, which will be, according to the expression of this week's Parshah*: "with a high hand" (note 2: Beshalach* 14:8), with a song, a canticle for Hashem (note 3: Comparable to the Song of the Sea, found in Parshas Beshalach*), the revealed part of the Torah* and Chassidus* (note 4: See the Sefer HaMaamarim* Basi LeGani*, volume 1, at page 372).
