You mention the fact of teaching Tanach* to listeners who do not have their heads covered. It is clear that this does not satisfy me at all, all the more so since many of them do not do so not because they have no choice (note 1: But rather by a deliberate choice on their part). You must understand what I mean (note 2: See, on this subject, the Likkutei Sichos*, volume 23, at page 493).
