I thank you for your letter of December 8, with what was enclosed. This was transmitted to the secretariat to give it the use you indicate in your correspondence. On this occasion, I would like to express to you my warm gratitude for your friendly visit to Kfar Chabad* and to the printing house found there, of which you gave an account in your column, then once again in the letter you addressed to your correspondent, as this copy indicates.

You will surely be happy to learn that, since that time, the institutions of Kfar Chabad* have pursued their development, have grown and expanded their reception capacities, even if the result is still very far from satisfying the needs and the conditions of the present period. Simultaneously, the financial needs have also grown, in a natural manner, well beyond what they were previously.

A short time ago, we celebrated the 19th of Kislev*, liberation of the Admur HaZaken*, author of the Tanya* and the Shulchan Aruch*. This 24th of Teves*, it will, furthermore, be the one hundred and fiftieth anniversary of his passing. I therefore have good hope that the accomplishment and the teaching of Chabad*, as well as its institutions in Kfar Chabad*, in particular, will find a wide resonance in the press and will arouse the appropriate motivation.
