Regarding the day of the haircutting (note 2: The addressee of this letter asked the Rebbe* the following: "If the third birthday of the child is a Rosh Chodesh*, must one cut his hair, when this is defined as a dangerous practice by the Shulchan Aruch* of the Admur HaZaken*, Orach Chaim*, at chapter 260, paragraph 1?"), you ask me this question and this proves that you take this element into account (note 3: The danger). Therefore, why enter into doubt? Every delay is for the good (note 4: See, on this subject, letter no. 6695)!
