sacred mission (note 1: Education based on sacred values, in this case within a Yeshivah*), of multiple accomplishments,

I greet you and bless you,
After an interruption, I received, with pleasure, your letter of this Thursday, announcing to me, notably, a good piece of news, although in an extremely concise manner, since you tell me that the work of the Yeshivah* bears its fruits.
May Hashem cause you to advance in this direction and to illuminate ever more. Indeed, our Torah*, Torah* of life, asks us to know elevation in the domain of holiness. It is therefore certain that all the possibilities and all the forces necessary to achieve this have been granted from the outset, for "the Holy One, blessed be He, does not act with treachery toward His creatures" (note 3: Tractate Avodah Zarah* 3a). In conformity with what is said in Chassidus*, you will accomplish all this in joy and enthusiasm. With my respects and my blessing,
N. B.: It seems that there exist falsified rumors regarding the opinion that I expressed on communal prayer in public schools (note 4: See, on this subject, letters no. 8648 and 8656). Now, this domain is, in my opinion, very important and it concerns tens of thousands of Jews, perhaps more. I enclose a copy of one of my letters that, without doubt, will interest you.

שלום וברכה!
לאחרי הפסק נעם לי לקבל מכתבו מיום החמישי, ובפרט מהבשורה טובה, אף כי בקיצור נמרץ אשר עבודת הישיבה עושה פירות.
ויהי רצון שיהי' זה באופן דמוסיף והולך מוסיף ואור אשר כיון שציונו תורתנו תורת חיים להעלות בקדש, בודאי שמלכתחלה ניתנו האפשריות והכחות למלאות הציווי, שהרי אין הקב"ה בא בטרוניא עם בריותיו.
וע"פ המבואר בתורת החסידות אשר יפעלו בהאמור מתוך שמחה וטוב לבב.

נ. ב. כיון שכנראה ישנן שמועות מסולפות בנוגע לדעתי בענין התפלה הצבורית בבתי ספר העממים, ומאידך גיסא הענין לפי ראות עיני רב חשיבות הוא ובנוגע לעשיריות אלפים מבני ישראל ואולי עוד יותר, מצו"פ העתק מכתבי אשר בטח יענין אותו.
