By the grace of Hashem,

To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem, the Rav Raphael

and his wife, Mrs. Rachel,

I greet you and bless you,

I have duly received your letter of the conclusion of Shabbos* and those that preceded it. I thank you for the good news concerning this festive evening. May Hashem cause you to give me good news like this, always and every day, as well as, in general, of an ever-increasing dissemination of traditional Judaism. In this way, you also strengthen the blessing of Hashem and your success, in these domains, as well as in what concerns you personally, so that the wishes of your heart be fulfilled positively.

We are in Kislev*, a Chassidic* month, that of miracles and of deliverance from all that constitutes an obstacle, so that peace be established, as it is said: "He has liberated... in peace." With my blessing to give me good news of all this,
