To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem, a man
of many areas of knowledge, Rav Y. [1],
Greetings and blessings,
You ask me to send a tallit and tefillin* to a person who is in a certain city in Czechoslovakia. If he can receive them without risk, given the current situation of that country [2], please communicate to me his name and his address, which I will transmit to Merkaz Le'Inyanei Chinuch or to Machaneh Israel, so that a tallit and tefillin will be sent to him.
