To the student of the Yeshiva...,
Greetings and blessings,
You informed me of what happened to you during the holy day [1]. You will read every day Tehillim 103 and 104, except on Shabbat and festivals. Likewise, you will study a chapter of Iggeret HaTeshuvah. You will do all this until next Rosh Hashanah.
But, above all, you will apply the following halachic decision of the Tzemach Tzedek*, found in his responsa, additions, volume 4, chapter 62: "One must completely forget what happened, be joyful and enthusiastic."
With my blessing for success in your studies and to attach yourself to the tree of life by following the way of Hashem, as our leader, my father-in-law the Rebbe, has taught us.
