To the great Rav, distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem, of multiple accomplishments, the Rav Gedalya (note 1: Rav G. Hertz, of Sydney, Australia. See, regarding him, letter no. 6421),

I greet you and bless you,

You ask me about the teaching of our Sages* that is cited by the Tanya*, in the name of the Zohar*, according to which: "He who blows does so from his entire interiority" (note 2: See, on this subject, letter no. 7558). For the time being, I have not found its reference in the Zohar* or the Tikkunei Zohar*. Likewise, in the notes in my possession from the Chabad* Chassidim* of the early generations, references are cited regarding this in various works of Kabbalah*, as well as in the commentary of the Ramban* on this verse (note 3: Bereishis* 2:7), but not in the Zohar*.

I hope that you participated in the Chassidic* farbrengen* on the favorable day, that of the Hilula* (note 4: The 10th of Shevat*) of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, whose merit protects us, leader of Israel. May Hashem grant that the resulting motivation continue, extending to concrete action, throughout the year. With my respects and my blessing for a joyous Purim*,

תקותי שהשתתף בהתועדות דיום סגולה יום ההילולא של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע נשיא ישראל, ויהי רצון שתומשך ההתעוררות ועד לפועל במשך כל השנה.
