I reproduce here the text of the telegram that the Rebbe* Shlita was kind enough to send you today:

"Immediately after the Shabbos* of 18 Elul*, date of the birth of the Baal Shem Tov* and of the Alter Rebbe*, I address my wishes to you so that you may realize immediately, in the appropriate location, the new Kfar Chabad*, in which will be fulfilled: 'one wants to do it and one can do it' (note 2: In Russian in the original text). You will reveal the hidden treasures in the land of desire that are the participants of this gathering, according to the expression of the Baal Shem Tov* (note 3: The Rebbe* notes at the bottom of the page: "Hayom Yom*, page 54"). With my blessing of success, as well as, for each of you, to be inscribed and sealed for a good year,
