To the directors of the Yeshivah* of Kishinev, in Kiryat Gat, branch of the Yeshivah* Tomchei Temimim* Lubavitch of Lod,

May Hashem grant you long life,

I greet you and bless you,

I duly received your letter of 9 Tammuz*, with the report of the meeting concerning the Yeshivah*. May Hashem grant that you know success in your sacred mission — the strengthening of the Yeshivah*, its expansion and development, quantitative and qualitative, in accordance with the will of our leaders and masters, whose merit protects us — that of linking and uniting the revealed part of the Torah* and the teaching of Chassidus*, pervaded by Chassidic* light and vitality.

You will train students worthy of this name, Torah* scholars, as the Likkutei Torah* of the Alter Rebbe* explains, in Parshas* Bamidbar, page 24a. These will know renown, glory, and prestige among all the children of Israel. In your days and in ours, the students, the directors, the leaders, and all who lend their support will have the merit of greeting our righteous Moshiach* and saying: "See the shoots that we have cultivated." With my respects and my blessing of success in your sacred mission, as well as to give good tidings,

ויהי רצון שיצליחו בעבודת הקדש, ביסוס הישיבה התפתחותה והתרחבותה, הן בכמות והן באיכות, מתאים לרצון רבותינו נשיאינו זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, באיחוד ויחוד תורת הנגלה ותורת החסידות, חדורי אור וחיות חסידותיים.

ויקימו תלמידים ראוים לשמם, תלמידי חכמים, וכמבואר בלקוטי תורה לרבנו הזקן (במדבר כד, א), אשר יהיו לשם ולתהלה ולתפארת לכל בני ישראל.

ובימיהם ובימינו יזכו התלמידים ההנהלה המשתדלים וכל המסייעים לקבל פני משיח צדקנו ולומר, ראו גידולים שגידלנו.
