I greet you and bless you,

May the opening of Gan Yisrael* (note 1: Chabad* summer camp) be at a good and fruitful moment, in this bicentennial of the Hilloula* of Rabbi Yisrael Baal Shem Tov*. All those who will be there will know success, as well as their directors and those who lend their support, to whom Hashem will grant long days and good years, both materially and spiritually, as the one whose Hilloula* we celebrate teaches. And one also receives the necessary strength for this, as Chabad* Chassidus* explains. Thus, very soon, the words of the verse will be fulfilled in you: "The small one shall become a thousand," with the coming of King Moshiach* and our true and complete redemption (note 2: A single letter was addressed to several Gan Yisrael camps).
