To the Rav, distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem and assumes a sacred mission, the Rav Yehudah Leib (note 1: Rav Y. L. Raskin, of Casablanca, Morocco. See, regarding him, letter no. 7273) and his wife, Mrs. Heida Reizel,

I greet you and bless you,

I duly received your letter of this Sunday, briefly describing your arrival, at a good moment, in Casa, and the beginning of your sacred action within the holy school founded and directed by my father-in-law, the Rebbe, leader of Israel. No doubt you will do so with true joy and enthusiasm, for the strengthening and development of these institutions is the will of the leader of Israel, my father-in-law, the Rebbe — his true desire. Fortunate is the lot of each of those to whom Divine Providence* has granted the means to take part in all this.

I took note, with particular pleasure, in your letter, of the actions conducted by your wife, her involvement in the education of Jewish girls and in the seminary. A brief reflection suffices to observe in all this the Divine Providence*, the chain of events, the presence of another instructor. All of this is quite evident. May Hashem grant that one apply, in this matter, the terms of the verse: "And you shall spread forth..." (note 2: To the west and to the east, to the north and to the south). For it is precisely in this way that one achieves success. It is, furthermore, the channel and the vessel for obtaining all that you need, including on a personal level. I await good tidings of all this. With my blessing of success, for each of you, in your sacred mission,

נעם לי לקבל מכתבו מיום הראשון, ר"פ מבואם צלחה לכאזא והתחלת עבודתו בקדש במוסד הק' מיסודו ובהנהלתו של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר נשיא ישראל.

ובודאי אשר יעשה בזה בשמחה וטוב לבב אמיתיים, שהרי ביסוסם והתפתחות מוסדות אלו ה"ה רצון נשיא ישראל מו"ח כ"ק אדמו"ר וחפצו האמיתי, ואשרי חלקו של כאו"א שהשגחה העליונה נתנה לו היכולת לקחת חלק בזה.

ביחוד נעם לי לקרות במכתבו ע"ד פעולות זוגתו תחי' ועבודתה בחינוך בנות ישראל ובעניני הסמינר, והרי גם בהתבוננות קלה נראית בזה השגחה

פרטית - השתלשלות הענין איך שהיתה מדריכה אחרת וכו'. וק"ל.

ויהי רצון שבכל הנ"ל יהי' הסדר דופרצת וגו', ובמילא יהי' בהצלחה והרי זה ג"כ הצנור והכלי לכל ענינים שלהם וגם הפרטים, ואחכה לבשו"ט בכל הנ"ל.
