By the grace of Hashem,

To the leaders of the youth of the Chabad* association, in

Kfar Chabad*, may Hashem grant you long life (note 1: A similar letter was addressed to several other Chabad* organizations),

I greet you and bless you,

I have duly received your letter of 24 Tishrei*, written by the Rav*, distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem and is devoted to communal needs, Rav Avraham Mordechai Shmuel Lieder (note 2: See, regarding him, letter no. 7078). No doubt you will complete the missing points in this letter. He himself will do so, or else another member of the youth of the Chabad* association whose function it is.

May Hashem grant that your activities go increasing. Moreover, the letter was written and the response was sent during the favorable days of Tishrei*, the seventh month (note 3: After Nissan*, the month of the Exodus from Egypt). And indeed, it is, in its entirety, the seventh month. This is not so only for the festivals it contains. Our Sages* explain that it is "sated (note 4: Shevi'i*, seventh, shares the same etymology as Musba*, sated) with every good," and the words of our masters and leaders are known, according to which this month has a general scope, concerning the entire year and revealing itself on each day that constitutes it. May it therefore be so for the activities of the youth of the Chabad* association — both those of global scope and those that are more specific. The blessing and the good of this month will be revealed on all the days to come, with joy and enthusiasm. Thus, one will multiply positive accomplishments and encourage one's fellow to do the same. I am surprised that you could even consider paid tickets for attending Chassidic* farbrengens*, even for a minimal price, and especially in Kfar Chabad*. With my blessing to give good tidings and to experience success in your sacred mission,

מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבם מכ"ד תשרי הנכתב ע"י הרה"ח אי"א נו"נ עוסק בצ"צ מו"ה אברהם מרדכי שמואל שי' לידר, ובודאי ימלאו הפרטים החסרים במכתב זה, אם הנ"ל או מי משאר חברי צעירי אגודת חב"ד שמתפקידם הוא.

ויהי רצון שילכו הלוך והוסיף בכל פעולותיהם והרי נכתב המכתב ונשלח המענה ביומין זכאין דחדש תשרי הוא חדש השביעי, אשר כולו (ולא רק הימים טובים שבו) נקרא שביעי, וכפירוש רז"ל, מושבע בכל טוב, וידועים דברי רבותינו נשיאינו, אשר חדש כללי הוא לכל השנה, וממשיכים עניניו בכל ימות השנה.

וכן יהי' בעניניהם של צעירי אגודת חב"ד הכללים והפרטים, להמשיך מהברכה והטובה דחדש זה על הימים הבע"ל מתוך שמחה וטוב לבב, ולהוסיף בפעולות טובות, וגם על הזולת להשפיע בזה.

לפלא אפילו על קס"ד דכרטיסי כניסה בתשלום לההתועדויות (אפילו יהי' מינימלי), ובפרט בכחב"ד.
