To the Rabbi, Chassid* who fears Hashem,
Rav M. [1],

Greetings and blessings,

I reply to your letter of 28 Menachem Av, in which you question me about your move [2].

It is clear that, since you received my father-in-law, the Rebbe's reply, the times have changed, so that everyone may again raise the question of his move. You do indeed question me about this in your letter, and Rav Yitzchak Meir has also transmitted your question to me.

The latter has surely communicated my opinion to you. If you have the possibility, try to obtain immediately your visa to come to the United States. May Hashem grant that all unfold well and easily, that you arrive in the best manner at your destination, for Hashem prepares the steps of man.

In accordance with your wish, I will mention your name and the names of the members of your family when I find myself at the gravesite of my father-in-law, the Rebbe. The Tzaddik*, who is found in this world more than during his lifetime, will surely bless you, and the Holy One, blessed be He, will fulfill in full his blessings, material and spiritual.

You no doubt also disseminate the wellsprings of Chassidus* outward in the most fitting way, and I would be grateful if you would give me good news in this domain.

במענה על מכתבו מיום כ"ח מנחם אב, אשר שואל בענין ההעתקה,

הנה אמת נכון הדבר אשר אמר כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ כיון שנשתנו העתים ונתחלפו הזמנים יכול כל אחד לחזור ולשאול בענין ההעתקה, ומכיון ששואל במכתבו וגם שאל בשבילו הרה"ח וכו' מוהר"ר יצחק מאיר שי', בטח הודיע לו הנ"ל את דעתי, אשר באם יש לו אפשרות ישתדל תיכף בהשגת הניירות לנסוע לאה"ב, ויתן השי"ת אשר יהי' הכל כשורה ובנקל ויבואו אל מחוז חפצם צלחה, ומה' מצעדי גבר כוננו.

כבקשתו, אזכירו ואת ב"ב יחיו בהיותי על ציון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ, ובטח יברכם צדיקא דאשתכח עתה בהאי עלמא יתיר מבחיוהי, והשי"ת ימלא ברכותיו, בגשמיות וברוחניות, על מילואן.

בטח מתעסק ג"כ בהפצת המעיינות חוצה באופן המתאים ות"ח אם יודיעני בשורות טובות בזה.
