To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem and devotes himself

to communal needs, Rav* Yitzchak (note 1: Rav* Y. Mayzes),

I greet you and bless you,

I received your letter in its time and I thank you for it. Given the responsibility incumbent upon all — that of coming to the aid of the sons and daughters of Yisrael, materially and spiritually, each according to his situation, as it is said: "Fortunate is he who understands the poor" and brings him aid based on sacred values — it is gratifying to observe that there indeed exist flourishing enterprises (note 2: The recipient of this letter is presumably involved in special education and informed the Rebbe of the funding he had obtained in this matter) that are attentive to the needs of Jewish children who cannot integrate into ordinary educational institutions.

I am deeply convinced that you and your friends, your associates in this sacred mission, will make every necessary effort to fulfill the responsibility incumbent upon you — that of ensuring the education of the children entrusted to you and who thus receive your influence, in the spirit of the Torah* and the mitzvos*, based on sacred values. May Hashem grant you success in this mission of great importance. In this way, you will merit the blessing of Hashem in your personal needs, material and spiritual. With my blessing to be inscribed and sealed for a good and sweet year,

בשים לב לאחריות המוטלת על כל אחד ואחד להיות לעזר לבני ובנות ישראל, הן בגשם והן ברוח, כל אחד לפי מעמדו ומצבו, ואשרי משכיל אל דל לתת לו עזר על טהרת הקדש, הרי עובדא משמחת היא שיש עסקנים פעילים הדואגים לצרכי ילדי ישראל שאינם מסתגלים במוסדות החנוך הרגילים.

בטחוני חזק שכת"ר ואתו עמו חבריו ושותפיו בעבודת הקדש, יעשו כל המאמצים המתאימים למלא האחריות המוטלת עליהם לחנך את הילדים שתחת רשותם והשפעתם ברוח התורה והמצוה על טהרת הקדש, והשי"ת יצליחם בעבודתם האחראית הזאת, אשר על ידי כך יזכו ג"כ לברכת השי"ת בעניניהם הפרטיים מנפש ועד בשר.
