To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem and devotes himself

to communal needs, Rav* Yisrael (note 1: Rav* Yisrael Leibov, of Kfar Chabad*. See, concerning him, letter no. 6792),

I greet you and bless you,

I am responding to your letter, which was a continuation of the previous one, to which I had already partially responded. Regarding the tourists who come to visit Kfar Chabad*, it is, of course, very advisable to give them a warm welcome, for various reasons I have already written and for others as well. Of course, one must, to the extent possible, remedy the deficiencies you describe, naturally in a pleasant and peaceful manner. I am even surprised that you have any doubt about the desirability of such visits. It is quite clear that significant efforts must be made for them to take place, even if, on occasion, one can arrange for these tourists to depart the same day and not spend the night in Kfar Chabad*. You must understand what I mean.

You allude to a brochure explaining the educational activity of Chabad* in the Holy Land, may it be restored and rebuilt, in particular that of the schools in the network (note 2: Ohalei Yosef Yitzchak* Lubavitch in the Holy Land). It is evident that firsthand information in this matter is good and necessary, but the time has finally come for what concerns Chabad* to be done in an orderly manner. No one should publish any document without possessing sufficient information or without having the text he has written reviewed. Several Chassidim* possess writing abilities, and one should therefore urge them to be diligent in this matter. And there is no reason for all this to be delayed, since a good initiative has already been taken (note 3: By the recipient of this letter, who raised the question). No doubt you will respond to me in detail on the points raised in previous letters and in this one. I thank you in advance. With my blessing to give good tidings,

במענה על מכתבו ובהמשך למכתב הקודם שנענה בו על קצת השאלות.

בהנוגע להתיירים המבקרים בכפר חב"ד, מובן שנכון הענין דקבלת פ' במאד .

ומכמה טעמים שכתבתי כבר ועוד כהנה, אלא שמובן ג"כ שיש לתקן ככל האפשרי את המגרעות שמזכיר אודותן, כמובן בדרכי נועם ובדרכי שלום, ותמי' גם הספק האם להזמינם לבקור, שהרי אדרבה צריך להשתדל בזה כו"כ [אולי במקרה יוצא לגמרי מן הכלל יש להשתדל שיהי' הביקור באופן שבו ביום יוכלו לנסוע חזרה ולא ללון בכפר חב"ד. וד"ל].

במ"ש ע"ד חוברת מבארת פרשת החינוך דחב"ד באה"ק ת"ו ובפרט דבתי ספר הרשת, - בודאי אשר ידיעה מקורית בכגון דא טובה וגם נחוצה, אלא שכבר באה העת שצריך ענין חב"ד להעשות בסדר, ולא שמי שהוא ידפיס איזה חוברת בלי ידיעות מספיקות, או שתודפס בלא הגהה, והרי ישנם כמה מבני אנ"ש אשר כשרון הכתיבה בידם, וצריכים לזרזם בהאמור, ומה שלא להמשיך (פארציהען) הדבר, כיון שכבר נתעורר הענין הטוב.
