and rebuilt, may Hashem grant you long life,

I greet you and bless you,

I reproduce here the text of the telegram that the Rebbe Shlita* addressed to you today, on the occasion of your national meeting, which will be held, with the help of Hashem, on the day of the liberation (note 1: Of the Frierdiker Rebbe* from the Soviet prisons, on 12 Tammuz*), which is approaching. It was formulated as follows:

"To the meeting of the network Ohalei Yosef Yitzchak*

Lubavitch in our Holy Land, Kfar Chabad*,

The merit of the one whose joy we celebrate (note 2: The Frierdiker Rebbe*) will protect the meeting and confer merit upon it. Its essential objective is to strengthen and develop the network, within all the Chabad* institutions and everything that concerns them. It will imbue its students (note 3: The Rebbe specifies: 'the male and female students') with the self-sacrifice of the one whose joy we celebrate, with Chassidic* enthusiasm for our Torah* and its mitzvos*. And you shall spread forth, to the west and to the east, to the north and to the south (note 4: According to the slogan chosen by the Rebbe for this year), until the deliverance, which is imminent, by our righteous Moshiach*. With my blessing for success,
