By the grace of Hashem,
Eve of Shabbat Parshat Parah* 5703,
To the students of the Yeshivah of Montreal,
may Hashem grant them long life,
I greet you and bless you,
We are sending you, by separate mail, twenty copies of the letter that my father-in-law, the Rebbe Shlita, addressed to one of the heads of the action committee for education in accordance with the Torah.
For a certain reason, we allow ourselves to limit the distribution of this letter to those who take an active part in the work of the Merkaz LeInyonei Chinuch in the educational domain, for example by organizing Mesibbot Shabbat* or by distributing the publications of the Merkaz.
Can you transmit to us the name and address of the persons to whom you communicated this letter? You will also specify in what manner they participate in the actions of the Merkaz LeInyonei Chinuch.
If other copies of this letter are needed for distribution according to the previously mentioned conditions, please let us know and we will send them to you, with the help of Hashem.

במעטפה מיוחדת שולחים אנו לכם עשרים העתקות ממכתב כ"ק אדמו"ר שליט"א לאחד העוסקים בועד לתעמולה ע"ד חנוך חרדי.
מטעם ידוע לנו מרשים אנו לחלק את המכתב הנ"ל רק בין המשתתפים בעבודת המרכז לעניני חנוך ע"י עבודתם בשדה תעמולה ע"ד חנוך. יסוד "מסבות שבת" והדרכתן, הפצת עניני הדפוס של המל"ח וכדומה.
