To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem, ...
I greet you and bless you.
I received your telegram in its time, and as you wished, I read your request for a blessing in the office of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, where he receives people and grants his blessings.
The tzaddik, our leader, my father-in-law, the Rebbe, blesses, and the Holy One, blessed be He, fully accomplishes his blessings, material and spiritual.[1]
It would be good for you to read each day, without making it a vow, and at least until Rosh Hashanah, Tehillim chapter 71.[2]
