By the grace of Hashem*,

Greetings and blessings,
Passing from one subject to another, you will finally announce to me a piece of news that concerns your domain, an essential domain, the first one that is mentioned in the Torah*. In this regard, the teaching of the early Chassidim* is well known, attributed by some to the Alter Rebbe*, according to which "the order of the Torah* is an integral part of it" (note 1: What is stated first therefore has precedence).
This first Mitzvah* is: "Be fruitful and multiply." Thus, a Jew must "make" another Jew (note 2: Give him spiritual birth — bring him closer to the Torah* and the Mitzvos*). With my respects and my blessing,
