By the grace of Hashem*,

To the members of the committee of Kfar Chabad*, may Hashem* grant you long life,

Greetings and blessings,

You have surely already received the letter I addressed to you some time ago. It responded to your letter of 11 Teves*, in which you spoke to me about an organization and witnesses. I will therefore reiterate my words. May Hashem* grant that you succeed in organizing and strengthening Kfar Chabad*, a town founded and directed by my father-in-law, the Rebbe*. Indeed, happy is the lot of each of those who will take part in the public activities of Kfar Chabad*, for it is in this way that one binds oneself and unites with our leader, my father-in-law, the Rebbe*. When he lived physically in this world, he fulfilled his mission and he does the same at the present time. He calls down the great mercy of Hashem* upon all who take part in his actions and his achievements. They will receive therefrom an increased blessing, success, good health of body and soul, the fulfillment of all needs, which are divided into three domains: children, health, and prosperity. They will obtain all of this in abundance.

A mistake may have been made in the past, but our Sages* say that one must not maintain it, and the Torah* was not given to angels. In the future, each of you will advance in tranquility, upon the royal path, that of the King of the world, the Holy One, blessed be He. For 'the righteous resemble their Creator' and 'who are the kings? They are the Sages*!' — particularly when one is in the place of the Rav*, namely that of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*. With joy and enthusiasm, in good health, with all the members of your family, you will therefore redouble your ardor to strengthen Kfar Chabad* and to develop it, in all public and private domains, materially and spiritually. With my blessing to convey good news of all this,

בטח כבר נתקבל מכתבי מאז, ובמענה על מכתבם מי"א טבת, בו כותבים ע"ד ארגון ועדים וכו', אכפול עוד הפעם אשר

יהי רצון שחפץ ה' בידם יצליח להעמיד כפר חב"ד, מיסודו ובהנהלתו של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר על יסודו ותלו, ואשרי חלקו של כל אחד ואחד המשתתף בענינים הצבורים של כפר חב"ד,

שהרי זהו התקשרות והתאחדות עם נשיאנו כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר,

אשר מה בחיים חיותו בעלמא דין עומד ומשמש אף עתה עומד ומשמש ומעורר ר"ר על כל הלוקחים חלק בפעולותיו ועניניו,

להוסיף להם תוספת ברכה והצלחה בבריאות הגוף ובבריאות הנשמה ובכל המצטרך להם, שנכלל בשלשה הקוים דבני חיי ומזוני, ובכולם - דוקא רוויחי.

ויהי רצון שאף שלפעמים היתה איזה שגיאה הנה אמרו חז"ל אין אדם עומד עליהם אא"כ וכו', ולא נתנה תורה למלאכי השרת,

ומכאן ולהבא ילך כל אחד ואחד מהם לבטח דרכו, דרך המלך מלכו של עולם הקב"ה וצדיקים דומים לבוראם, מאן מלכי רבנן, ובאתרא דרב - הוא כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר.

ומתוך שמחה וטוב לבב ובריאות הנכונה של כל אחד ואחד וב"ב שיחיו, יוסיפו חיילים לביסוס כפר חב"ד והתפתחותו בכל הענינים הכללים ובכל הענינים הפרטים הן בגשמיות והן ברחניות.
