To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem*, Rav Yerachmiel (note 1: Rav Y. Blumenfeld, of Rio de Janeiro. See, on his subject, Letters no. 3482, 3719, and 6477),

Shalom* u'vracha*,

You inform me that you have moved into your new house and here is my response. May Hashem* grant that, by changing your place, you change your Mazal*, for the good and for blessing, materially and spiritually. With my blessing to convey good news of your sacred mission consisting of spreading the wellsprings (note 2: Of Chassidus*),

You make reference to the Mikvah* and, of course, everything must be done so that there is one in your neighborhood, at least for men. Nothing resists the will, especially when it involves an accomplishment of such importance. You will consult, in particular, the Likkutei Torah*, at Parshas* Tavo*, page 43b and the allusions of the Tehillim*, at the end of the Or Torah* of the Maggid* (note 3: Of Mezeritch), regarding the Baal Shem Tov*.
