Blessings and greetings,

I have duly received your letter of 29 Sivan* and those that preceded it. In this regard, I have already written that, when I do not acknowledge receipt, it is generally, and even always, due to my many occupations. I therefore respond to the letters for which this is necessary in order to avoid an error. Such is my priority. On the other hand, a simple acknowledgment of receipt can be delayed, especially when it concerns an activity carried out within the framework of an institution, such as the youth of the Chabad* association or the Chabad* women, since it is then already given in a letter addressed to the institution itself.

I read with pleasure, in your letter, that the appropriate preparations have been undertaken for the festival of liberation of 12 and 13 Tammuz*. May Hashem* grant that there be a good beginning so that a detailed program is available sufficiently early. In this way, various unfortunate incidents, which until now were the result of haste, will disappear. The assurance has been given to us that, "as in the days of your exodus from Egypt, I will show them wonders." But, for all that, a difference exists between the two events. At that time, haste was necessary at all levels for the Divine Presence, for Israel, for Egypt, whereas it will not be the same for the world to come. It must therefore be so for the preparation (note 1: For the world to come), as it is said: "Not in haste shall you depart." All of this is explained, notably, in the long sequence of Chassidic* discourses entitled Ve'Kacha (note 2: Of the Rebbe Maharash*). With my blessing to convey good news of all this, knowing success in your sacred mission and, as the central point, in the spreading of the wellsprings (note 3: Of Chassidus*) outward,

מאשרים קבלת מכתבו מכ"ט סיון והקודמיו.

וכבר כתבתי בכגון דא, שהעדר אישור מכתבים, ברוב המכריע וכמעט תמיד, מפני ריבוי הטרדות, ולכן עונים על המכתבים הדרושים למענה בכדי להשמר מטעות וכיו"ב שזה בא בראש, משא"כ אישור מכתבים נדחה מפעם לפעם ובפרט בעסקנות מסוימה (הנהלת צעירי אגו"ח, נשי חב"ד וכיו"ב) שמתאשרים הפעולות בהמכתבים ע"ש הנהלת המסגרת.

נעם לי לקרות במכתבו אשר עושים הכנות הדרושות לחג הגאולה י"ב וי"ג תמוז, ויהי רצון שתהי' זה התחלה טובה לעשיית תכנית מפורטת בעוד מועד, ובמילא יבטלו כמה ענינים בלתי רצוים שהיו עד עתה ע"י החפזון וכו'.

והרי כבר הובטחנו, שאף כימי צאתך מארץ מצרים אראנו נפלאות, בכ"ז מחולקים הם, שאז הי' הענין דחפזון ובכל הדרגות דשכינה ישראל ומצרים, משא"כ הגאולה דלע"ל, ומזה מובן ג"כ בההכנה לזה אשר לא בחפזון תצאו, ומבוארים הענינים בהמשך וככה הגדול ועוד.
