By the grace of Hashem*,

To the members of the festival committee of Kfar Chabad*, may Hashem* grant you long life,

Shalom* u'vracha*,

I have received your letter of 24 Sivan*, in which you inform me of the formation of your committee and the beginning of its functioning, in particular on the occasion of the Chassidic* gathering organized for the festival of liberation of 12 and 13 Tammuz*, which is approaching and which is the festival of liberation of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, whose merit protects us.

May Hashem* grant that these decisions be followed by action in the most positive manner, which, of course, includes the most profound point, the necessity that concrete decisions result from this Chassidic* gathering. Subsequently, these will be effectively realized, in all the domains that are addressed in the letter of the one whose joy we celebrate, regarding the Chassidic* gathering of the festival of his liberation (note 1: In which the Previous Rebbe* defines the manner of celebrating this date). How much more so is this the case in Kfar Chabad*, a village of which he is the founder and the leader, for "it is there that He has ordained the blessing" to make of it a center for the spreading of the wellsprings (note 2: Of Chassidus*) in the Holy Land, may it be restored and rebuilt, a country "toward which the eyes of Hashem* are always turned, from the beginning of the year to the end of the year." Everything therefore depends only on the inhabitants of Kfar Chabad*, who fully possess the means necessary for all of this. May Hashem* grant that, very quickly, they use them entirely. With my blessing to convey good news of what is accomplished,

מאשרים קבלת מכתבם מכ"ד סיון, בו כותבים אודות יסוד הועדה והתחלת פעולותי' ובפרט בקשר עם התועדות דחג הגאולה י"ב וי"ג תמוז הבע"ל חג הגאולה של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע.

ויהי רצון שיבואו כל ההחלטות בפועל באופן הכי טוב ובזה כמובן הנקודה הפנימית, אשר התועדות תביא להחלטות טובות שאחרי כן תתגשמנה בפועל לכל אותם הענינים בם מדובר במכתב בעל השמחה בהנוגע להתועדות דחג הגאולה זה, ובפרט בהנוגע לכפר חב"ד שהוא מיסדו וגם מנהלו ושם צוה ה' את הברכה להעשות מקום מרכזי להפצת המעינות באה"ק ת"ו ע"י משיח צדקנו ארץ אשר עיני ה' אלקיך בה מראשית השנה עד אחרית שנה ואין הדבר תלוי אלא באנשי כפר חב"ד שהיכולת המלאה בידם, ויהי רצון שבעגלא דידן ינצלוה במילואה.
