To the distinguished Chassid*, who fears Hashem,
Rav B. T.,[1] emissary of the Sages,
I greet you and bless you.
With my thanks, I return to you the eight copies of the letters of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, that have been reproduced. When the time comes, they will be published anonymously. You thereby grant merit to all.[2]
You will please give me news of the state of health of Mrs. Miryam Rachel Shlaf. Furthermore, what was the outcome of the Mr. Neuwirth affair? I thank you for what you will do in this matter.
No doubt you will soon announce to me that you have begun to take on what is your essential mission. You will consult, on this subject, the Likkutei Torah, in the third chapter of the discourse entitled Vayikra.
The strength of the One who delegated you accompanies you in all your actions, so that you will know success in every respect.
